Proper Hospitality Solutions LLC in New York is seeking a Hotel Engineering professional to maintain, repair, and improve hotel facilities. You will handle painting, plastering, light plumbing and electrical tasks, and collaborate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and contractors to finalize repairs. Strong safety discipline and 2+ years in hotel engineering are preferred.

Local candidates with U.S. work authorization are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

At least 2 years of Hotel Engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, painting, spackling, light plumbing and electrical.
Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
Able to stand for long periods and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to follow safety procedures due to physical risks.
U.S. Citizenship/Work Authorization required.

Perform maintenance, installation, or repair tasks across hotel facilities.
Identify and resolve guest-related issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Complete daily engineering reports and hand off information between shifts.
Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and contractors to finalize repairs and remodeling.
Follow fire safety guidelines and keep logbooks up to date.
