Join Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC as a Facilities Engineer at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, MA. You will perform daily maintenance, ensure guest-ready rooms, and support a 24/7 hotel operation alongside the Chief Engineer and facilities team.

The role requires 2+ years in maintenance and 5+ years preferred; candidates should have strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety knowledge, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM systems.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of maintenance technician or facilities engineer experience in hotel/commercial environment preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance technician or facilities engineer experience in hotel or commercial environment considered.

Mansioni

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and building systems.
• Respond to service requests promptly with a guest-first mindset.
• Complete preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete minor repairs (fixtures, doors, painting, basic carpentry).
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve maintenance needs.
• Support room readiness by ensuring all systems are working properly.
• Assist with vendor work and on-site projects as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and organized work areas.
• Track and complete work orders accurately.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and support a 24/7 hotel operation (including weekends and holidays).
