Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical and other guest room repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and public areas.
• Repair and refurbish hotel systems and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related equipment.
• Maintain logs and report repairs to supervisor.
• Assist with groundskeeping and general building upkeep.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to meet guest needs.
