Qualifications

• Two years of management experience required.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and nonverbally.
• Exceptional and professional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Food & Beverage Supervisory experience is required.
• Must understand how responsibilities relate to other hotel areas and F&B operations.
• Assist with the management of hub employees, including entertainment.
• Must be able to work any shift, any day and long hours when necessary.
• Experience in hiring, training and empowering employees with feedback.
• Capacity to foster teamwork and productive relations across peers.
• Excellent guest service skills and diplomacy in stressful situations.
