Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interest in pursuing hospitality, food and beverage, or hotel operations.
• Previous food service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn multiple areas of food and beverage operations.
• Basic computer and POS system skills preferred.
• Ability to meet applicable age requirements for duties involving alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the daily operations of the hotel's Food and Beverage Department.
• Gain hands-on experience in restaurant, bar, breakfast, and banquet operations.
• Learn and follow service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with opening, operating, and closing outlets and event spaces.
• Support daily operational needs to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across F&B areas.
• Assist leadership and team members with projects and assignments.
