• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
• Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
