Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in hotel engineering management.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems and maintenance trades.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Engineering team.
• Manage daily operations and maintenance priorities.
• Ensure timely response to maintenance emergencies.
• Oversee a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Program.
