Qualifications

• Previous hotel engineering experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of hotel engineering experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical systems knowledge and hands-on skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build professional interactions with guests and staff.
• Complete work orders daily or report for rescheduling.
• Comply with hotel maintenance processes for repairs.
• Paint, patch plaster, and perform light plumbing/electrical work.
• Use ladders safely and work in elevated areas.
• Document readings and maintain logs.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, and contractors.
