The Connally Hotel Downtown Atlanta seeks a hands-on Chief Engineer to oversee maintenance across all hotel systems, lead a maintenance team, and drive reliability and guest satisfaction. You will manage scheduling, budgeting, and safety compliance while coordinating with architects and contractors on renovations.

Ideal candidates will have strong math and computer skills, HVAC knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC EPA certification is a plus.
• Strong mathematical and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate hotel maintenance across refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of maintenance staff.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
