Job summary

NCG Hospitality's Hampton Inn & Suites Happy Valley Phoenix North is seeking a Dual Hotel Engineer to lead maintenance and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll oversee preventive maintenance, manage in-house projects, and supervise contractors while championing safety and quality standards.

This role partners with leadership to grow skills, mentor a team, and ensure reliable operations across the property and amenities, including pools where applicable.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in hotel, building, or similar maintenance environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating repairs.
• Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities.
• Manage in-house and contractor projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across all work.
• Maintain pool and spa per policies when applicable.
