Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and mechanical equipment.
• Develop and monitor a maintenance program to ensure safety, security, and comfort of staff and guests.
• Supervise, train and manage Engineering staff; interview, hire, and discipline as needed.
