Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel seeks an experienced Engineering/Maintenance Manager to lead the operation and administration of the department. You will ensure all hotel structures, furnishings, and equipment are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing while managing budgets and staff.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, implementing safety programs, coordinating with architects and contractors, and aligning with General Manager objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years post high school education, English fluency required.
• Three to five years of management experience.
• Three to five years of Engineering/Maintenance experience required, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to provide and maintain a valid driver’s license; CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Maintenance operations for the hotel and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare annual budget and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure cleanliness and preventive maintenance of the property.
• Develop and monitor PM programs for guest rooms, public spaces and equipment.
• Coordinate with architects/contractors for new construction projects and bids.
• Oversee safety program and OSHA/EPA/HASMAT compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff and manage staffing levels.
