Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Person to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep throughout the property. You will help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

Responsibilities include completing routine maintenance in guest rooms and public areas, addressing guest requests promptly, and assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks while maintaining tools and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or building repair experience is preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb and work with tools and equipment; flexible to work any days, including holidays and weekends.
