Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctly utilize and maintain the dishwasher.
• Wash glasses and dishes in the standard dish rack area.
• Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area.
• Keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times; sweep spills and wash up.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans; sanitize after use and replace bags.
• Follow MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist with plating banquet events when needed.
