Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in a hotel or commercial building environment.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all hotel equipment is operated within standards.
• Provide supervision and training to Maintenance Engineers.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to maintenance calls and guest requests efficiently.

Skills

General trades experience

Basic computing and MS Office knowledge

Written and verbal communication skills

Certified Pool Operator certification
