NCG Hospitality's Hyatt House Salt Lake City Downtown is seeking a Hotel Chief Engineer to lead maintenance, repairs, and preventive programs across the property, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

This role oversees project coordination, contractor oversight, grounds care, and supervision of the maintenance team, with opportunities for career growth, training, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in hotel/building maintenance or similar environment.
• Strong supervisory and project management skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for equipment, guest rooms, and infrastructure.
• Lead project management for in-house improvements, from proposal to completion.
• Secure and supervise outside contractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Maintain exterior grounds and pool/spa as applicable.
