Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven leadership and team management skills including hiring, training and performance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate building systems to determine necessary maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance projects for timely and cost-effective completion.
• Serve as liaison with brand partners to ensure compliance with standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the maintenance department for quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
