Responsibilities:

• The Chief Engineer will oversee all property maintenance operations, including capital projects.
• The Chief Engineer will report to the General Manager.
• Our ideal candidate should be a hands-on manager with strong MEP experience, with a focus on HVAC. You will lead PM programs and act as a mentor and trainer to team members.
• This is an EC committee position.
