Job summary

Golden Pahrump Nugget, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to keep guest rooms, restaurants, casino floors, and other facilities running safely and reliably. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and perform preventative maintenance, applying your electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry skills to minimize downtime and guest disruption.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and a team‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel or facility maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge and/or certification in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related trades.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment and systems across guest areas and back‑of‑house.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, kitchen, and HVAC systems.
• Complete minor cosmetic repairs and installations for furniture and equipment.
• Assist in shift turnover by communicating pending work orders and issues.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls as applicable.
• Provide outstanding guest service and support to team members.
