Job summary

Sheraton Anchorage Hotel & Spa is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented team member to join our restaurant/guest services team. This entry‑level role focuses on keeping dining areas clean, well‑stocked, and prepared to deliver great experiences for our Guests.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, restocking service stations, setting up coffee stations, assisting servers with pre‑bussing, and general cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Team oriented with a service mindset.
• Able to perform well under high pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
• May require varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work long hours on-site.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly; remove soiled stock to dish area.
• Stock and maintain service stations with supplies before, during, and after shifts.
• Set up and refill coffee-to-go station in lobby and keep it replenished.
• Assist servers with pre-bussing and delivery of food orders.
• Assist in general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
