Job summary

Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a courteous server to support dining operations in our vibrant Honolulu property. You will assist servers, stock stations, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, maintaining station cleanliness, serving beverages and breads, and transporting used dishes to the dishwashing area. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to carry trays, dishes, and bus tubs safely.
• Strong communication and teamwork with servers, hosts, cooks, and managers.
• Fast-paced work ability—especially during busy meal periods.
• Basic cleanliness and organization—clearing tables, wiping them, resetting them, keeping the dining area stocked.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
