Job summary

Hilton’s Hale Hōkūala Kauai, Curio Collection by Hilton seeks a Busperson to keep dining areas organized and to deliver memorable guest experiences on the Garden Isle of Kauai.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, transporting ware, stocking service stations, and assisting servers while maintaining health and safety standards. The ideal candidate enjoys hospitality, works flexible hours, and values teamwork in a guest‑centric environment.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to stand on your feet up to 8 hours shift with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to bend, stoop, walk, lift/ push/ pull up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to work flexible, various hours- including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effectively speak and communicate proficiently to guests.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
• Clear and transport tableware: Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware at the end of meal service and deliver them to the dishwashing area for cleaning
• Manage service stations: Make sure the service stations are always fully stocked, clean, and ready for service
• Support table service: Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed
• Prepare tables for dining: Clear and reset tables with clean serviceware to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being
