• Cleanliness: keep breakfast area clean, wipe tables, and clear dishes.
• Compliance: follow health and safety regulations and monitor food temperatures.
• Record Keeping: maintain records of food and beverage consumption and guest counts.
• Customer Service: provide attentive service and address guest concerns.
• Problem Resolution: handle complaints professionally and notify management of issues.
