Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Breakfast Cook to prepare and execute breakfast items across all kitchen outlets at The Virginian Hotel. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, following standardized recipes and quality standards, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This role requires strong culinary fundamentals, the ability to work independently and with a team, and availability for varied early morning shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary school or related experience preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hospitality or restaurant breakfast service experience required.
• Skills: Strong cooking techniques, menu prep, FIFO inventory, independence, teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items per recipes and quality standards.
• Support food production across dining room, banquets, events, and cafeteria service areas.
• Ensure consistent taste, portions, and presentation of all menu items.
• Assist with daily production and station setup for service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Collaborate with culinary and stewarding teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
