Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Hospitality Attendant in Albany, GA. You will set up the hospitality area before service, greet guests, and may serve food and beverages according to policies and brand standards.

You will complete side work and maintain a clean area throughout shifts. The role requires a High School diploma and prior hospitality experience is a plus, with excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

Job Overview

The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for set up, clearing and cleanliness of the hospitality area in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. As a Hospitality Attendant you play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to patrons.

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet guests, and may serve food and beverages following policies, procedures, brand standards, alcohol awareness and federal, state and local serving regulations.
• Complete assigned side work and related cleaning duties in the hospitality area.
• Maintain a clean and organized hospitality area by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Assist with all aspects of service as requested.

Skills And Abilities

• High School diploma
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort

Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines.
