The role requires 3+ years in bartending and supervisory exposure in an upscale hospitality environment, with strong knowledge of beverage operations and cost control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in bartending and supervisory exposure in upscale hospitality.
• Strong understanding of beverage operations, cost control, and guest service excellence.
• Certification in RBS and Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule bar team members; coach, train, and support performance to meet guest expectations and operational standards.
• Oversee bar operations including cleanliness, setup, inventory, and preparation of beverages in accordance with recipes and pour standards.
• Monitor inventory, participate in monthly counts, and ensure accurate ordering and stock rotation.
• Promote and ensure responsible alcohol service aligned with state and local guidelines.
• Engage with guests to enhance satisfaction, resolve concerns, and maintain a vibrant and professional atmosphere.
• Collaborate on promotions, events, and seasonal cocktail rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
