Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Efficiently maintain bar supplies and prepare daily requisitions.
• Be familiar with drink recipes, prices and beverages available.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, MICROS or registers, and tip policies.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain positive guest relations.
• Receive liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every 2 years.
