Job summary

Sai Hospitality Management Company, LLC's hotel is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in a busy bar environment.

You will greet guests, maintain drink menus knowledge, verify IDs, take orders in POS, and collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Bar Operations
• To understand all standards of beverage preparation and service.
• To consistently provide service that meets brand and Sai Hospitality standards.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Greeting guests promptly and courteously at the bar area.
• Maintaining full knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions.
• Ensuring proper ID verification and compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Accurately taking and entering orders into POS system.
• Handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Restocking bar supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
• Processing guest payments accurately.
• Working with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
• Physical Activity: Stand more than 2/3 of the time; Lift up to 25 lbs; Push / pull up to 25 pounds.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
