Job summary

ValorHospitality in Gulf Shores, AL is seeking a friendly beverage associate to set up, mix drinks, serve guests, and maintain the coffee bar area while upholding brand standards.

You will greet guests, handle cash and room charges per policy, maintain par levels, and perform side work. Prior experience in food and beverage and English proficiency are required; hotel experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–6 months in food & beverage service; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to mix drinks and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines and safety controls.
• Ring guest checks; collect cash and process charges per company policies.
• Complete requisitions and supply lists.
• Maintain established pars.
• Perform side work and other duties as assigned.
