Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a friendly Barista / Bistro Server to join our hotel bar and lounge team. This role provides counter service and bistro support, with opportunities to cross-train in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Flexible scheduling includes weekends and holidays. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be able to work early shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and stay on their feet for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking, bartending, barista, or serving.
• Ability to work 7–9 hour shifts starting as early as 5 AM.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and occasional nights.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in bar, bistro, and banquet settings.
• Prepare hot and cold menu items, barista drinks, and assist with bartending.
• Handle cash, use electronic point-of-sale systems, and serve food and beverages.
• Set up, break down, and maintain meeting spaces and banquet areas.
• Perform daily opening/closing duties and required side work.
• Assist with dishwashing, bussing, and general cleaning as needed.
