Job summary

Concord Hospitality in Westerville, OH is seeking a Barista & Server to deliver friendly, timely service to guests while preparing high-quality coffee and espresso beverages and assisting with food service.

In this on-site role, you will greet guests, take orders, operate beverage equipment, handle payments, and maintain a clean coffee bar. Flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in barista, restaurant, cashier, or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and warmly greet guests
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipe and quality standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently
• Take food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and make recommendations to guests
• Deliver food and beverages to guests and provide table service as needed during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, workstations, and equipment
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Stock coffee, beverage, food, and service supplies while monitoring inventory levels
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standardsAddress guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
