Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a skilled Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences through expert beverage service. You will craft cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits while upholding hotel standards and authentic hospitality.

Responsibilities include guest service, upselling, bar maintenance, cash handling, and teamwork. Must have Food Handler and TABC certifications and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Ability to handle cash, and mode of payment transactions.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Must have a Food Handler Certification and TABC Certification (or local equivalent).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide customized beverage recommendations.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Actively upsell premium liquors, cocktails, wine, and featured beverages.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels.
• Process guest payments accurately using POS systems and manage cash.
