ADP, Inc. seeks a part-time Bartender in Santa Fe, NM to provide professional beverage service to hotel guests in a fast-paced setting. You will craft cocktails and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes and safety standards.

Knowledge of drinks, cash handling, POS use, and flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends/holidays) is required or preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus, with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, beer, and wine service.
• Prepare and cook items from the hotel’s bar food menu in accordance with hotel recipes, food safety standards and presentation guidelines.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local liquor laws.
• Food Handler Certification and Responsible Beverage Service Certification preferred or required based on local regulations
