Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient beverage service to hotel guests
• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and other beverages according to recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar areas and equipment
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
• Assist with inventory control and minimizing waste
