Responsibilities

• Work with clients and Operations to ensure successful events.
• Set-up, tear-down, and occasional loading/unloading of equipment.
• Operate audio, visual, and lighting equipment for live and virtual events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel staff and clients.
• Ensure equipment is functional, safe, and user-friendly.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve them satisfactorily.
• Fulfill other duties to ensure Markey’s events succeed.
