Job summary

McKibbon is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and senior leadership to influence the property's housekeeping operations. You will lead daily housekeeping tasks, enforce safety protocols, and support budget and labor decisions while promoting brand standards.

The role requires prior hotel housekeeping experience, familiarity with major brands, and strong leadership and training abilities to elevate guest satisfaction and brand quality across

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel.
• Experience with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Starwood (highly desired).
• The ability to perform inventory management and cost control.
• The ability to ensure that hotel policies and brand standards are followed.
• Strong leadership and training capabilities.

What Makes a McKibbon Assistant Executive Housekeeper?The Assistant Executive Housekeeper works closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Assistant General Manager, and the General Manager to influence the total operations of the property’s Housekeeping Team.
