Job summary

Roch Capital, Inc. is seeking a Hospitality Asset Manager at our Glen Mills, PA headquarters to oversee hotel portfolio performance, key metrics, and reporting.

You will lead asset-specific strategies, coordinate with property managers, and support acquisitions through underwriting and due diligence to improve asset value and cash flow. You will also maintain industry relationships and monitor operations to ensure superior asset results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in Business or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years demonstrated real estate experience, with experience working on hotels required and preferably experience in an accounting related role.
• Ability to think and act strategically, with experience analyzing investment decisions
• Strong negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work independently.
• Background in reviewing financial reports and communicating results.
• Experience analyzing competitive market information and establishing performance benchmarks.
• Must have a true entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify key metrics for each hotel property in the portfolio and track regularly.
• Analyze financial statements to control expenses and identify areas of improvement.
• Prepare reporting packages for ownership in a concise and informative manner.
• Establish asset-specific strategies to grow asset value and cash flow.
• Oversee third party property managers to meet financial and strategic plans.
• Monitor asset performance including Revenue, NOI, cash flow, and asset values.
• Assist acquisitions through underwriting, due diligence, and closings.
• Be owner representative with lenders, partners, and vendors.
• Maintain industry contacts across local and national markets.
• Conduct regular property tours to ensure proper maintenance and staff performance.
