Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum three years real estate experience with hotels.
• Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish asset-specific strategies to grow asset value and cash flow.
• Oversee third party managers to meet financial and strategic plans.
• Monitor Revenue, NOI, cash flow and asset values against strategies.
• Provide input on underwriting, due diligence, and asset acquisitions.
• Serve as owner representative with lenders, venture partners and vendors.
• Maintain industry relationships across markets and associations.
• Collaborate to improve property performance and ROIs.
• Review leases and major capital decisions; negotiate as needed.
• Conduct regular property tours to ensure maintenance and performance.
