• Knowledgeable about golf amenities on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hotel operations and ensure high standards of guest service and staff engagement.
• Manage operating budgets, forecast expenses and revenues, and control costs while achieving profit goals.
• Respond personally to guest concerns and lead guest satisfaction efforts.
