Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking an Acquisitions and Business Development Associate in Philadelphia to join a seasoned team with 30+ years of hotel investment experience. You will underwrite domestic acquisitions, build financial models, and analyze feasibility for new markets and portfolios.

Responsibilities include negotiating term sheets, coordinating mezzanine financing, and preparing materials for committee reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or Hospitality.
MBA is a plus but not required.
Two years of real estate or hotel acquisitions experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead underwriting, due diligence, and execution of hotel acquisitions.
Conduct market feasibility analyses for new markets and opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models for investments.
Negotiate term sheets and contracts for management/investment opportunities.
Source off-market investment opportunities.
Coordinate complex transaction structures including mezzanine financing and joint ventures.
Prepare data and presentations for acquisitions meetings and Board reviews.
Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Accounting to transition new hotels.
