Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee property accounting for a cluster of newly opened hotels. You will prepare timely GAAP financial statements and develop standardized reporting for the regional portfolio.

You will train property accounting staff, coordinate audits, and work with the VP of Financial Services to ensure accuracy and compliance. On-site role requiring collaboration with property teams and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Experience administering web-based training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly balance sheet packs and finalize issues with VP Finance.
• Develop procedures and training to streamline accounting activities.
• Support on-site task force assignments and regional accounting teams.
• Provide financial analysis for properties or portfolios.
• Assist with audits and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with Directors of Accounting and VP Financial Services.
• Ensure records management and compliance.
