Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Dish Steward to join Hotel 1928 in Waco, Texas. This part-time role involves maintaining cleanliness of dishes and dish areas, restocking supplies, and supporting the restaurant team to ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to work flexible hours, and thrive in a team environment with strong multitasking abilities.

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots
• Maintains dish room and dish machine

• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested
• Other duties as assigned
