Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Dish Steward to join our team. Schulte Hospitality Group is a leading hospitality company with a portfolio across the U.S. and beyond, committed to an inclusive, employee-focused workplace.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, a friendly team, and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining the dish area, restocking supplies, and supporting other restaurant tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• Tipped eligible; ability to work flexible hours and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keeps dish and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
