Job summary

Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a part-time Dish Steward to join Hotel 1928 and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts. As a Dish Steward you will clean and sanitize dishes, maintain the dish area, restock supplies, and assist with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as needed.

High School Diploma/GED is required; flexible hours and teamwork are valued. Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible team members.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots.
• Maintains dish room and dish machine.
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Removes all garbage.
• Breaks down and sanitizes the dish machine at shift end.
• Keeps dish and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots
• Maintains dish room and dish machine
• Restocks all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
• Removes all garbage
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine at the end of the shift
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized
• Assists with cleaning other areas of restaurant as requested
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
