Job summary

JENNMAR Services is seeking experienced Hot Shot Drivers for the Washington County area. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Responsibilities include transporting equipment and materials, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring compliance with DOT rules and company safety standards. CDL A is a plus; DOT physical provided and MVR checks required.

Qualifications

• Valid/Current DOT physical or ability to obtain one (company provided).
• 1+ years experience.
• Clean MVR.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background and MVR checks.
• CDL A is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate Medium Duty trucks with specialized trailers to haul equipment, Less-than-truckload freight, and materials to company and customer job sites
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
• Drive and conduct operations according to company and DOT rules and regulations
• Ensure load contents are properly secured to prevent damage or breakage according to DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Communicate with dispatch/Trucking Manager as needed
• Oversee Loading and Unloading process to prevent damage or breakage
• Notify Trucking Manager/Mechanics of any maintenance or repairs required to the truck
• Maintain detailed delivery and driving logs according to DOT regulations
