Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with tablets/computers.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for full shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hotmelt adhesive dispensing automation cell.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to optimize applications.
• Assemble components according to specifications and drawings.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow procedures.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Follow EH&S and company guidelines; participate in training.
