Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing with aerospace or gas turbine repair preferred.
• Experience with resin molding processes and mold design optimization.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize resin molds, venting, flow paths, and release features.
• Develop and refine resin molding processes, including material selection and cure schedules.
• Troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions to improve quality and yield.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support for production operations and continuous improvement.
• Lead design, development, and implementation of process tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
