Job summary

Freddy's Hot Line Crew at Arbys - Freddy's Myerscough Springfield, IL is seeking team players for a fast-paced dining environment. You will assist with food prep, take orders, maintain cleanliness, and support the team to deliver great guest experiences.

No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. Starting wage between $15 and $16 per hour, with meal discounts and PTO benefits.

Responsibilities

• Grill Operation: Prepare and cook steakburgers, hot dogs, and other menu items according to Freddy's standards.
• Monitor grill and fryer temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
• Food Quality & Presentation: Ensure all food is prepared fresh and presented properly.
• Follow portion control guidelines to reduce waste and maintain consistency.
• Kitchen Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks (grill, fryers, surfaces, etc.).
• Team Support: Communicate with team members and help where needed to keep service fast and smooth.
• Restock ingredients and supplies during and after shifts.
• Speed & Accuracy: Work efficiently during high-volume periods while keeping quality high.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before they leave the kitchen.
