Job Description

CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver Position: We aim to offer a long-term, prosperous career in transportation, focusing on driver growth and success while maintaining personal lives. Drivers are home weekly.

Running OTR Reefer freight

Pay: Over $100,000+/yr at 3,000 miles/week, $80,000+/yr at 2,400 miles/week

Primary Running Area: All 48 states, mainly KS, AR, OK, NM, UT, CO, CA, WY, TX, PA, GA

Average miles per week: 2,700-3,000

Average Length of Haul: 950 miles

Home Time: 18-21 days out, home for 2-3 days; prime spots may get more home time

Equipment: Mainly automatic Cascadia trucks, fully equipped

Transmission: 10-speed automatic

Truck Speed: Pedal at 70mph, cruise at 73mph

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• No recent major moving traffic violations
• Pass drug test at orientation
• Pass road test
• No Clearinghouse Violations - NO SAP Drivers
