Job Description

CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver - running OTR Reefer freight, home weekly, with a focus on growth and success in a long-term career.

Compensation

Potential earnings: over $100,000/year at 3,000 miles/week; approximately $80,000+ at 2,400 miles/week.

Operational Details

• Primary Area: All 48 states, mainly KS, AR, OK, NM, UT, CO, CA, WY, TX, PA, GA
• Average miles/week: 2,700-3,000
• Average haul length: 950 miles
• Home time: 18-21 days out, 2-3 days home, with prime spots for more frequent home time

Equipment & Requirements

• Automatic Cascadia trucks, fully equipped
• 10-speed or automatic transmission
• Speed: 70 mph pedal, 73 mph cruise
• Valid Class A CDL
• No recent major traffic violations
• Ability to pass drug test, road test, and no SAP violations
